PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS OF SERVICE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY ASTRANEMA. THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE ASTRANEMA WEBSITE AND RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING ITS FEATURES, CONTENT, BIRTH CHARTS, AI-GENERATED READINGS AND PERSONALISED DIGITAL BOOKS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SERVICE” OR “SERVICES”). BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS WHERE THE LAW ALLOWS.
“The Site” refers to astranema.com and the associated features and services offered by Astranema.
Astranema is operated by a company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. References to “Astranema”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service.
Acceptance of Terms of Service
The Service is offered subject to these Terms of Service and any additional terms clearly presented to you before they apply. Your use of the Service must comply with applicable law.
Checkout presents links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy beside the purchase action. By completing the purchase after that notice, you agree to these Terms and authorize the one-time purchase. The Terms include binding arbitration for covered disputes where permitted by law.
Accepting these Terms does not constitute blanket consent to the processing of your personal information. Our collection and use of personal information are explained in the Privacy section below.
Astranema calculates birth charts from the birth details you provide and generates personalised readings using artificial intelligence. Your chart and an opening reading for each listed reading system are available free of charge. Traditional also reveals its second section and part of its third section. The complete System Alignment comparison requires a purchase.
A one-time purchase unlocks all available reading systems for one chart and access to the personalised Night book. The book contains the five listed system readings and System Alignment.
Back to contentsRules and Conduct
By using Astranema, you agree to provide birth details that you are entitled to submit. If you submit another living person’s birth details, you must have their permission to use those details for the Service.
You must protect your email account and access links. You must not use another person’s sign-in link, impersonate another person, or attempt to obtain access to an account or purchased content without authorisation.
As a condition of use, you agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes another person’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
You must not use the Service to harass, threaten, defraud or mislead others, or present a generated reading as a verified scientific finding or professional assessment of another person.
You must not interfere with the operation of the Service, introduce malicious code, attempt to obtain secrets or access credentials, overload our infrastructure, or bypass payment, sign-in, regional restrictions or rate limits.
You must not scrape charts or readings in bulk, collect outputs through unauthorised automation, or resell or commercially redistribute full readings or books without permission. Any restriction on reverse engineering applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Free reading generation is limited to three different unpaid charts per browser per UTC day, with a backstop of 40 unpaid charts per IP address per UTC day. There is also a site-wide limit of 500 unpaid generations per UTC day and a limit of 30 new generation requests per hour per IP address.
A verified purchase removes the free daily generation limits for the purchased chart. Hourly protection still applies. Reusing a cached reading does not consume a new generation allowance.
Chart requests are limited to 120 per 15 minutes and place searches to 600 per five minutes per IP address. Reaching a free reading allowance does not prevent chart calculation. Free daily allowances reset at midnight UTC.
The Service is unavailable to requests identified as coming from India or Pakistan. Location checks may be imperfect. Contact support if you believe access has been restricted incorrectly.
Back to contentsCopyright and Takedowns Policy
Astranema uses artificial intelligence to generate reading text. Generated wording may unintentionally resemble material belonging to another person. We respect intellectual property rights and ask users to do the same.
If you believe material on the Site infringes rights you own or are authorised to enforce, contact hello@astranema.com. Identify the work, the disputed material or page, your contact details and your authority to act.
We may request additional information or restrict disputed material while reviewing a complaint. A complaint alone does not establish infringement. Restrictions may be challenged, and repeated substantiated infringement may result in termination of access.
Back to contentsModification of Terms of Service
Astranema may update these Terms or change features of the Service as its operations, legal duties or available technology change.
We will publish the revised Terms with an updated date and provide notice of material changes as required by law. Where fresh agreement or consent is required, publishing revised Terms does not replace that requirement.
Changes will not retroactively increase the price of a completed purchase or remove remedies for an earlier failure. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain available.
Back to contentsTrademarks and Intellectual Property
Astranema’s software, designs, logos, website content and other materials retain their respective intellectual property rights. Third-party names, marks and datasets remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party systems or traditions are descriptive and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.
City data comes from GeoNames under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence, CC BY 4.0. Astranema builds a compact city-search index from that data. Attribution and source links are available in the Data sources section of the About page at /about#data-sources.
Back to contentsLicensing Terms
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, Astranema grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Service for personal purposes.
You may keep, download, print and privately use your generated readings and personalised book. You may share your own chart images, taking account of the personal information they may reveal. You may not resell or commercially redistribute full readings or books without permission.
You retain any rights you have in the information you submit. You permit Astranema to process that information as necessary to provide the Service described in these Terms and the Privacy section.
Submitting birth details does not grant Astranema a right to sell those details, use them for advertising, or publish your readings for promotional purposes.
AI-generated wording may not qualify for copyright protection and may resemble other generated material. Astranema does not guarantee exclusive ownership of generated text.
Back to contentsFees and Payments
Astranema offers free charts and opening readings, together with a paid unlock for one chart. The price and currency displayed at checkout apply to your purchase. Prices are set by our server and processed through Stripe.
One purchase unlocks every available reading system for the purchased chart, including System Alignment and PDF access. Another chart requires a separate purchase. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring charge.
Digital supply begins immediately after payment is verified. Preparing the complete readings and sending the book may take time. Incomplete work may resume through the delivery process.
The purchase email includes a complete Night book containing the five listed readings and System Alignment, together with an account access link. For an older chart without sex recorded, the BaZi chapter contains a re-entry note until the necessary details are supplied.
Downloads for a purchased chart may prepare missing readings before producing the book. Contact support if delivery fails or purchased content remains inaccessible.
Stripe handles card entry and payment processing. Astranema’s application does not receive full card numbers or security codes. We receive payment status, transaction references and other information needed to recognise and deliver your purchase.
Check your email address before completing checkout. It is used for purchase delivery and access recovery. Entering an email at checkout does not itself sign you into an account.
Back to contentsRefunds and Withdrawal Rights
To request a refund, contact hello@astranema.com with your checkout email, purchase date and a short explanation of the problem. Do not send card numbers or unnecessary birth information.
Your mandatory rights concerning defective, misdescribed or undelivered digital content remain available.
EU and UK consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase, subject to the applicable rules for digital content. Loss of the withdrawal right when supply begins requires prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement of losing that right, and the confirmation required by law.
The current checkout does not collect a separate withdrawal-consent acknowledgement. Payment or use alone is not treated as a waiver of withdrawal rights.
You may notify support clearly that you wish to withdraw without using special wording. Statutory refund deadlines apply where required.
Back to contentsAccounts and Access
Astranema uses one-use email links instead of passwords. Ordinary sign-in links expire after 24 hours. Links sent with purchase delivery expire 30 minutes after payment; request a fresh link if needed.
Signed-in sessions last 180 days and renew during use, with renewal writes at most once a week. Anyone with access to a valid sign-in link may be able to access the associated account. Keep your mailbox and links secure.
Use Log in or Restore access with your purchase email to recover purchased access. Signing out ends your current session but does not cancel a purchase or delete downloaded files.
A chart link can expose the stored birth date, time and place summary, chart values, rounded coordinates and free content to anyone who has it. Sharing a chart link does not transfer paid ownership.
Your charts allows you to save charts, add private labels and remove entries. Free accounts can keep two active saved charts; a paid purchase lifts that limit. Saving a chart does not generate readings.
Hiding a purchased chart removes it from your list without cancelling the purchase. Removing a saved entry does not delete the cached chart or reading.
Back to contentsTermination
You may stop using Astranema, sign out or delete your account through the available account controls.
Astranema may restrict or terminate access for serious misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Account deletion ends account-based purchased access. It does not recall a book you have already downloaded and does not automatically delete cached charts, readings, retained payment records or support correspondence.
Termination does not remove mandatory refund rights, consumer remedies or privacy rights.
Back to contentsLimitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY DELAWARE LAW AND ANY MANDATORY LAW PROTECTING YOU, ASTRANEMA EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT LOSSES AND LOST BUSINESS PROFITS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. ANY EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION MUST SATISFY APPLICABLE FAIRNESS AND REASONABLENESS REQUIREMENTS.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
Your mandatory consumer remedies and data-protection rights remain available. These Terms do not impose a shorter claims deadline than the law permits.
Back to contentsDisclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, SUBJECT TO MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTIONS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASTRANEMA DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT ARE NOT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS.
Astranema does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or that chart calculations, source data or generated readings will be free from errors.
Charts and readings are provided for entertainment and self-reflection. They do not predict events, establish facts about your history, or provide a scientifically verified assessment of your personality or future.
Readings are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial or career advice. Suggestions about work or relationships are possibilities to consider, not instructions, diagnoses or promises of outcomes or income.
Generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or unsuitable for your circumstances. Validation checks reduce mistakes but cannot guarantee that every error is detected.
Do not rely on a reading to choose treatment, make investments or take other major decisions. Seek qualified professional advice when needed.
Back to contentsEligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a reading, create an account or request a sign-in link, and legally able to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
You may build a chart for another person, including a child, only with permission from that person or, for a child, their parent or guardian. Astranema is not directed at children.
If you believe a child’s personal information has been submitted, contact support with enough information to investigate without repeating unnecessary birth details.
Back to contentsMiscellaneous
These Terms, together with any applicable purchase information and additional terms presented before they apply, form the agreement governing your use of the Service.
If a provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue where they can operate lawfully and fairly.
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship is created by your use of the Service.
Events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Such events do not remove obligations or remedies that applicable law requires us to honour.
Back to contentsContact Us
For purchase, access, copyright and general questions, contact hello@astranema.com or use the contact form.
Privacy questions and requests to exercise your data-protection rights may also be sent to hello@astranema.com.
Include only the information needed to identify the issue. Do not send full card numbers, live access links or unnecessary birth information.
Back to contentsYour Rights to Use the Site; Our Content and Intellectual Property Rights
Subject to these Terms, Astranema grants you a limited, non-exclusive and personal right to access and use the Site.
Unless otherwise indicated, website content, designs, logos, software and the arrangement of those materials belong to Astranema or their respective rights holders.
Your personal-use rights in generated readings and books are described in the Licensing Terms above. Those rights do not authorise copying or commercially exploiting the Site’s software, branding or other protected materials.
Back to contentsProhibited Uses
You are responsible for your activities while using the Site and for ensuring that you are entitled to submit the information you provide.
You must not violate these Terms or applicable law, submit another person’s birth information without permission, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights, or use support channels to harass or threaten others.
You must not upload malicious files, disrupt the Site or connected systems, obtain unauthorised access, or circumvent security, payment or generation controls.
Do not include unnecessary identity documents, health information, payment-card details or other sensitive information in support messages or attachments.
Ordinary browsing and search-engine access are permitted. Unauthorised bulk extraction, collection of private chart information and automated generation intended to bypass service limits are prohibited.
Back to contentsLinks to and From Other Websites
These Terms apply to Astranema. Third-party websites reached through links on the Site have their own terms and privacy practices.
A link to a third-party website does not establish affiliation, endorsement or responsibility for that website’s content.
You may link to Astranema provided you do not falsely imply sponsorship or endorsement. Framing, scraping or commercially reproducing protected Site content requires permission unless applicable law allows the use.
Back to contentsDispute Resolution
Contact hello@astranema.com if you wish to seek help resolving a dispute concerning the Service or a purchase.
Except where mandatory law gives you the right to proceed otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms, the Service or a purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before one neutral arbitrator.
Arbitration uses an independent decision-maker instead of a court trial. You may choose a remote hearing by video conference under the AAA rules. An in-person hearing will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, unless the AAA rules or applicable law require another location reasonably convenient for you.
Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in a small-claims court with jurisdiction. Arbitration fees follow the AAA consumer fee schedule, including available fee waivers. Astranema will pay the fees assigned to the business under those rules.
The AAA rules and consumer fee information are available at https://www.adr.org/industries/consumer/.
If a dispute cannot lawfully be arbitrated, or AAA declines to administer it, it must be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, subject to mandatory rights to use another court and the small-claims option above.
These provisions do not remove mandatory consumer protections, statutory remedies, rights to bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows, or rights to complain to a regulator.
Contacting support does not prevent you from seeking urgent relief, bringing an available claim or taking action before a legal deadline.
Back to contentsChoice of Law
These Terms are governed by the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. The arbitration and court provisions in Dispute Resolution apply to disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
This choice of law, arbitration and courts does not remove mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your own country, including any right to bring a claim in your local courts.
Back to contentsWaiver and Severability
If you do not comply with a provision and we do not take action immediately, that does not mean we have waived our rights.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Back to contentsEntire Agreement; Construction
These Terms and any applicable information or additional terms presented before a purchase or use of a feature govern your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies arising from representations or obligations that applicable consumer law protects.
Back to contentsAssignment and Delegation
Purchased access is associated with the purchaser and the relevant chart. Sharing a chart link does not transfer that entitlement.
A lawful merger, acquisition or business transfer may involve transferring rights, obligations and relevant records. Any such transfer must respect applicable consumer and privacy protections and required notices.
Back to contentsChanges to These Terms
We may change these Terms by publishing a revised version and updating the date above. Notice and fresh agreement will be provided where required by law.
Changes do not retroactively increase a completed purchase price or remove remedies for an earlier failure.
Back to contentsPrivacy
This Privacy Statement explains how Astranema collects, uses, stores and shares personal information in connection with the Service.
Astranema’s operator is responsible for its handling of personal information. Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to hello@astranema.com.
We handle personal information under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, or PDPA, and the EU GDPR and UK GDPR where those laws apply.
Birth date, exact time, birthplace, calculated chart values and associated readings are personal information. Chart values can be used to reconstruct a birth date, approximate time and location even when no name or email is attached.
This Statement applies to Astranema’s Services. Third-party providers may also have their own privacy notices, particularly where they act under their own legal responsibilities.
Back to contentsInformation Gathering
We collect information when you provide it, when the Service creates results from your information, and through limited technical information needed to operate and protect the Site.
Birth information. The birth form collects your birth date, exact local time, birthplace, country, time zone, coordinates and sex at birth. Date, time and location are used to calculate the chart and resolve the correct birth instant. Sex at birth is used only for Chinese cycle calculations, which inform those readings.
We store the UTC birth instant, local birth summary, time zone, sex and chart data. Stored latitude and longitude are rounded to two decimal places. When a chart is first built, we also record the two-letter country your connection comes from, as reported by our hosting provider; we do not store your IP address.
Chart information and readings. We calculate and store chart positions, derived system data and generated readings so that results can be displayed, checked, compared and reused. Interpretation cues are computed from chart facts.
Account information. We collect your email address, account creation date and sign-in information. Saved-chart records contain chart references, saved dates, optional private labels and whether an entry has been removed. Labels are limited to 80 characters.
Payment information. Stripe processes payment details. Astranema stores information including product and chart references, payment amounts, currency, Stripe identifiers, payment status and payment or delivery dates. Our application does not receive full card numbers or security codes.
Support information. We receive your email address, optional name, message and any files you choose to send. The contact form accepts up to three image or PDF files with a total size of 4 MB. It sends them to support through Resend without storing the message or files in the application database.
Technical information. Requests include an IP address and headers. Hosting may provide country information used for regional availability. Application rate-limit records use secret-keyed identifiers instead of raw IP addresses.
Back to contentsCookies and Browser Storage
Astranema sets four first-party functional cookies. Each uses Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax protections and applies across the Site.
astranema_session keeps you signed in and allows the server to check account and purchased access. It lasts 180 days and renews during use, at most once a week. Signing out clears the cookie and ends the current session.
__Host-reading-device recognises a browser for the daily free-reading allowance. It contains a random signed identifier and its issue time, with no birth, email or account information. It lasts 180 days from issue. The free allowance resets at midnight UTC independently of the cookie’s expiry. The identifier is not logged or sent to analytics. Reading requests and purchased-book preparation may issue the cookie when needed.
astranema_preview enables a temporary owner preview. It lasts two hours and does not establish account ownership or payment. Exiting preview clears it.
astranema_recovery allows a replacement email to be requested after an expired or already-used access link. It lasts ten minutes and cannot sign you in.
No consent banner is needed for strictly functional cookies that are necessary for the requested service. The reading-device cookie’s classification and 180-day duration remain subject to legal review.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser. This may sign you out or affect sign-in, recovery or reading features. Clearing cookies does not delete an account or purchase and must not be used to bypass service limits.
Session storage remembers whether the full aspect list is open. This preference contains no chart information and lasts for the browser tab’s session.
Back to contentsVisitor Measurement
Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookieless measurement in production on the home, about, legal and system information pages. The app excludes personal reading, account, recovery and sign-in pageviews.
The measured page URL has query strings and URL fragments removed. We do not add birth fields, email addresses or reading text as analytics data.
Vercel’s standard measurement includes visit time, page and route, referring page when available, approximate location, browser and operating-system versions, device type and analytics-script version. It uses a request-based visitor identifier that resets daily instead of cookies.
A referring URL may contain information about a personal page. Referrer safeguards remain subject to privacy review.
Stripe’s hosted checkout has separate privacy and cookie information.
Back to contentsInformation Use
We use personal information to calculate charts, generate and validate readings, provide comparisons, deliver purchased books, maintain accounts, recover access, handle support requests and protect the Service against misuse.
Under GDPR, processing your own birth details and chart information to provide requested charts and readings, and processing email and purchase information for account access and delivery, is necessary to perform our contract with you or take steps you request before purchase.
Our legitimate interests include proportionate security, fraud prevention, controlling excessive generation costs, service reliability, responding to general support questions, maintaining necessary financial records and defending legal claims.
Public-page measurement helps us understand use of our information pages.
Where applicable EU or UK law requires records, that legal obligation provides a basis for keeping them. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately and may be withdrawn.
Under PDPA, collection, use and disclosure must follow the notified purposes and consent or an applicable legal exception.
We do not sell birth information or use it for advertising. Readings are not used to decide employment, credit, treatment or access to essential services.
Back to contentsInformation Sharing
We share information with providers as needed to operate the Service and deliver what you request.
Vercel hosts the Site, processes hosting-related requests and provides permitted public-page analytics.
Neon stores chart, reading, account, payment and service-operation records.
Stripe handles checkout, payments and payment verification.
Resend sends access links and purchased-book emails, including PDF attachments. It also handles incoming support mail.
The configured LLM hosting provider receives chart facts, computed interpretation cues, relevant symbolic period dates and reading text to generate and check readings. System Alignment also sends existing reading passages for comparison. These inputs remain personal information. Email and payment details are not included in the reading-generation input.
Separate support monitoring uses Cloudflare, the owner’s local Hermes assistant with a configured model, and private Telegram summaries for the owner. This flow is separate from product reading generation. The owner reviews replies.
We may disclose limited information when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, or to establish or defend legal rights.
A lawful business transfer may include information needed to continue the Service, subject to required notice and safeguards.
Back to contentsInformation Protection
Chart and reading cache keys use HMAC, a hash protected by a server-side secret, rather than a plain hash of birth information. Relevant rate-limit identifiers also use secret-keyed protection.
Stored coordinates are rounded to two decimal places. Paid access is checked on the server, and locked reading bodies are excluded from guest responses. Access links expire and work once.
Birth information, chart values, email addresses and reading text are kept out of application logs.
These measures reduce exposure but do not make charts anonymous or guarantee perfect security. Anyone with a shared chart link can see its stored birth summary, chart values, rounded coordinates and free content.
Security incidents will be assessed and notifications provided where applicable law requires them.
Back to contentsOther Information
Charts and readings are cached for continued access and reuse. Identical birth inputs may share the same cached chart or reading.
Guest charts older than 90 days are eligible for manual pruning only when they have no purchase, saved entry, hidden bookmark or legacy account association. Pruning removes the eligible chart, its cached readings and derived system data.
There is no automatic pruning schedule. Eligibility after 90 days is not a promise of deletion on day 90.
The application renders books when needed and does not store PDF files. Resend receives the PDF for email delivery, and recipients may retain downloaded copies.
Other records may remain necessary for continued access, security, accounting, disputes and legal claims. Retention depends on the type of information, its purpose and applicable legal requirements. You may contact us about retained information and applicable deletion rights.
Cookie expiry does not establish when related server records or provider copies are deleted.
Back to contentsAccount Export and Deletion
When signed in, Export my data downloads a JSON file containing your email and account date, saved entries and labels including hidden entries, associated birth and chart data, purchases and available validated paid readings. Export does not generate missing readings.
Delete my account requires typing DELETE. It removes the account email, sessions, sign-in links, saved entries and labels and clears the account’s legacy chart association. Account-based purchased access ends.
Purchases are reassigned to a non-login accounting holder. Payment amounts, currencies, dates, Stripe identifiers, chart references and delivery records remain. Removing the account association does not make retained transactions anonymous.
Deleting an account does not delete cached charts and readings, which may be shared with identical birth inputs. Removing a bookmark does not delete those records either.
Pending payments or unfinished paid delivery prevent self-service account deletion. Contact support if they remain unresolved.
Account deletion does not automatically erase support mail, provider records or downloaded copies. Contact hello@astranema.com about retained information and applicable deletion rights.
Back to contentsInternational Transfers
Personal information may be processed outside your country, including outside Singapore, the European Union or the United Kingdom.
PDPA requires comparable protection for personal information transferred overseas.
Transfers under GDPR require an applicable lawful mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards, together with any required assessments and additional protections. UK transfers may require the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum.
You may contact hello@astranema.com to request information about processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards.
Submitting information or accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute blanket consent to international transfers.
Back to contentsSingapore, European Economic Area and United Kingdom Users
Under Singapore PDPA, you may request access to personal information and information about its use or disclosure, ask for corrections, and withdraw consent with reasonable notice, subject to applicable exceptions.
We will explain any consequences of withdrawing consent. Where information is needed to provide a chart or maintain an account, withdrawal may prevent us from continuing that service.
Where EU or UK GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, subject to the conditions for each right. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.
Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
Our readings do not subject you to automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise your rights, use the account controls where available or contact hello@astranema.com.
We may require proportionate verification to protect your information and will respond within the applicable legal time. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification process asks for them.
You may complain to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission, your EU supervisory authority, or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, as applicable. Contacting us first does not remove that right.
Back to contentsChanges
We may update this Privacy Statement as the Service, providers or legal requirements change. Updates will be published with a revised date and any notice required by law.
Where a new use requires consent or another legal step, publishing a revised Statement does not replace that requirement.
Back to contents
